Ceramics in Charnwood

The only town centre ceramics market in the UK returns to Loughborough Market Place in May. A fantastic array of handmade studio ceramics will be available from 80 potters and ceramic artists from the East Midlands and beyond.

15th -16th June 2024

Ceramic Wales is brought to you in collaboration with Bodrhyddan Hall, combining an established Ceramic event with over 80 potters selling their work with the Bodrhyddan Plant Fayre.

Sculpture Lounge Summer Exhibition

22nd June - 14th July 2024

Each summer, Sculpture Lounge holds a major exhibition at their studio building in the picturesque town of Holmfirth. The exhibition opens each weekend from the 22nd June to the 14th July. Additionally open all week from the 8th July. The exhibition is installed for a further weekend for late viewing requests.

Potfest South West

12th, 13th and 14th July 2024

A new show in the Potfest portfolio, PotfestSouth West will be held in the show field for the Gillingham and Shaftesbury country fair, just off the B3081, Shaftesbury to Gillingham road.

Over 90 makers have been selected to showcase a wide and diverse range of work that is guaranteed to delight and inspire. Discover functional and decorative ceramics to suit all tastes and budgets and buy direct from the maker.

Operating under the same ethos as the Cumbrian Potfest in the Pens events, we’re bringing together 90 ceramics artists for a three-day artisan market in the heart of  Melton Mowbray and just in time for your Christmas shopping.

See the work of the well-established alongside the up-and-coming, in an exciting mix of the sophisticated and the raw power of the next generation, combined in a bustling arts market marketplace.

No art hype, no gallery glitz, just potters and public mixing in a down-to-earth setting. Held under cover to save us from the weather.
