In the unusual circumstances of items being damaged when they arrive please take photos and send to me by email at innerfinn@btinternet.com. I will replace any such items at my cost. If the packaging is obviously damaged prior to opening it would be helpful if you could photograph the state in which the parcel arrived prior to opening.

If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days using the contact form.  

  • refunds will be made by the same method used to make your purchase once the item is received back. Please be aware that this can take between 5-10 days in line with the payment providers terms and conditions

  • sale items, samples and slight seconds cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.


Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage from your post office.
