HugMugs

My HugMug is my signature mug, so called because you will want to pick it up with both hands. The shape comes from overlapping silhouettes of the trees I walked past, many times, on the edge of a frozen lake in Hämeenlinna.

Individually slip cast and uniquely decorated porcelain cup for tea, hot chocolate or drink of your choice. Approximate size 11 cm diameter, 11 cm tall. Can be put in the dishwasher but I recommend washing by hand.

Available in ink blue, cobalt blue black, marine, sea buckthorn and poppy on white.

Please be aware that each piece is uniquely decorated. Every pattern is different. I decorate the mould with coloured porcelain at the start of the slip casting process and make a different pattern every time. The photographs are representative of work available.
